Refund Policy

1. All products are digital entertainment

Purchases for 占卜, MY LUCK and challenge modes are fixed-price digital entertainment purchases. They provide entries to digital readings, interactive fortune content or challenge runs. They do not buy a financial product, a guaranteed outcome, a prize or anything with cash value.

2. No refunds after delivery or use

All purchases are final and non-refundable once an entry or pack has been credited and made available, or once any part of an entry has been started, generated, revealed, used or completed. This applies to every game mode and experience offered by Overthinking. Unused entries in a successfully delivered pack are not refundable because you changed your mind, stopped using the Service, lost access to a device or did not use them.

Dissatisfaction with, disagreement with or reliance upon an I Ching reading, MY LUCK fortune, compatibility result, lucky number or colour, digital card, score, ranking, challenge selection, difficulty or any other entertainment outcome is not grounds for a refund. Results are subjective entertainment and cultural content only; no particular outcome, accuracy or future event is promised.

3. Limited exceptions

Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, we will consider a refund only when:

• You were charged but no entries were credited, and we cannot credit them.
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate transaction).
• A verified technical fault on our side permanently prevented an unused entry from being delivered, restored or used, and we cannot provide a replacement entry.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through HitPay, normally within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or wallet.

4. How to request an exception

Contact us within 14 days of the transaction with your payment reference and play code via nax.com.my. Explain the payment or delivery fault. Requests without a payment reference cannot be verified and will not be processed. A request does not guarantee approval.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Chargebacks filed on entries that were properly delivered or used may result in suspension from the Service, cancellation of remaining entries and recovery of associated processing fees, subject to applicable law.
